SAI Announces Important Appointments
Specialty Aluminum Inc. (SAI) has announced several key appointments in the manufacturing, quality and sales areas.
Mr. Don Varner has been appointed Foundry Manager with responsibility for all melting, molding and core-making operations. Don joined SAI in June 2000 after 10 years in a variety of quality and manufacturing assignments with General Castings Company. Don's initial responsibilities at SAI involved training staff when second shift operations were initiated in the summer of 2000. A graduate of Shippensburg University, Don moved to the Boston area from West Liberty, Ohio.
Mr. Emmanuel Kingue has joined SAI in the Quality Department. Emmanuel is a recent graduate of Wentworth Institute with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. During his engineering studies at Wentworth, Emmanuel worked on several manufacturing assignments including one where he gained molding experience.
Fabnet Associates Inc. has been engaged by SAI to represent the company in several mid-Atlantic states. With sales resresentatives in Connecticut, New York, and the mid-South, Fabnet will support SAI's sales and engineering efforts.
