Mike Morissette Joins Specialty Aluminum as Foundry Manager

Effective December 5, 2005 Mike assumed responsibility for Specialty Aluminum's molding, melting and core-making operations. Mike joins Specialty after experience as Production Manager for Polerized New England and as Operations Manger for Spir-it, Inc. He brings extensive molding experience as a process engineer. Mike is a graduate of the University of Vermont.

BAE Systems approves Specialty Aluminum

BAE Systems of Long Island, NY made an on-site review of Specialty's quality systems in January 2006 and approved the Revere facility in compliance with Mil. Spec. 45208. This will enable Specialty to begin manufacturing aluminum castings that meet BAE's exacting specifications.
