SAI is known for the production of high integrity aluminum castings. Soundness of the part is a result of suitable gating and riser considerations, proper molten metal handling techniques, the use of degassing equipment and furnace management methods which produce molten aluminum with a hydrogen content below 0.6PPM. Real time spectrographic analysis allows us to modify our metal and refine grain structure to enhance the physical poroperties of our castings.

Our current pour capacity is 400,000 pounds per month with a single pour as large as 4,000 pounds gross pour weight in 356 and 3500 pounds in all other alloys. Alloys are currently 319, 356, 535,712 & 771.
